Where’s My Stuff?

Pretty much everything here is made to order. Your items will ship out within 7-10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number and all that fun stuff when they go out. I will let you know if there is a delay. Please also remember I have a full-time day job, plus 3 kids under the age of 5, including a wee one who likes to wake up juuuuuuuust as I sit down in front of my sewing machine most nights. Just trying to share some love here!

That said - if you order anything from the Ready to Ship collection, then they’ll ship within 2 business days! However, if you order Ready to Ship items with other made to order items, they will ship together and you will have to wait until the entire order is complete to get everything. Please make a separate order just for Ready to Ship items if you want them sooner than later.

Shipping

Shipping is $5 flat rate to the United States, and $13 flat rate to Canada.

Do I have adoring fans in other countries? Let me know and I can try to set up shipping to you!

If you're local to Fairfield, CT, I will deliver to you (or you pick up) for free!

Returns

The Crafty Gnome stands by her work. I make all products with utmost care and attention. That said, everything here is made by hand with my blood, sweat, and occasional tears. Maybe the stitching is a little crooked in some spots - it’s all just extra proof that it’s truly handmade and uniquely made. I do my best to make each item as close to perfect as possible. Once you place an order, there are no returns, exchanges or refunds. If something isn’t quite right and needs a little extra TLC, please let me know immediately after delivery and we’ll work it out! Cancellations

Oh, sure, get me excited and then burst my bubble! I can usually accommodate a cancellation if you contact me soon enough. If I have already started work on your order, I will not be able to cancel. Please contact me if you need more information.

Due to the nature of face masks as a personal item, there are no returns, exchanges or refunds. There is no guarantee on the performance of face masks and filters in protecting one from viruses, dust, or other pollutants. These masks are not medical grade and they are intended as simple cloth coverings to help protect you and others around you. Please listen carefully to your local requirements.
